A Family Business Since 2010
JJC Concrete started in 2010 and has stayed a family company. Family members, including the owner's sons, work on the crew, so members of the family that owns the company are on the crew forming and pouring the work.
That adds up to 16 years of pouring walls. Along the way the crew has poured walls over 20 feet tall, with the tallest reaching 24 feet.
Being family owned shapes how the company talks with customers too. A builder asking about a basement and a homeowner asking about a cracked walk are both hiring a family business with its own people on the crew.
Metal Forms on Every Wall
Every wall JJC Concrete pours is set in aluminum forms. We only use metal forms, not lumber, because the metal forms give a smooth finish to the walls.
That smooth face shows on basement walls, poured foundation walls and retaining walls alike, whether the wall ends up behind drywall or out in the open.
Tall walls put the forms to work. The same aluminum system has carried JJC Concrete through pours over 20 feet, and it is what the crew sets on a short crawl space wall as well.
The Equipment Behind the Work
The company keeps its own aluminum forms, lasers, excavators and bobcats. Having that equipment on hand covers the digging, the grade work, the forming and the tear out that come with a concrete job.
Lasers help with layout and grade, and the excavators and bobcats handle digging and the removal of old concrete on residential jobs.

Builders, General Contractors and Homeowners
Poured basement and foundation walls for builders and general contractors make up the main work today, along with footings, crawl space foundations, retaining walls and subwalls. The builder and commercial work overview covers that side in detail.
JJC Concrete also pours for homeowners and wants more residential work. That includes driveways with tear out and haul off, patios, garage floors and slabs, sidewalks and walkways, steps and stoops, and removal and replacement of old concrete. Where We Pour
The company is based in Marietta, and most of the work is in metro Atlanta, from Cobb County towns like Kennesaw and Smyrna to Douglasville and McDonough. The service areas list names all 16 towns and areas.
Some projects fall outside the named towns. If yours does, call and ask. Share the address and the type of work so the conversation starts with the details that matter.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long has JJC Concrete been in business?

Is JJC Concrete a family business?
Yes. JJC Concrete is family owned, and family members, including the owner's sons, work on the crew. The company is based in Marietta and has run as a family business since it started in 2010, pouring for builders, general contractors and homeowners.
Why does JJC Concrete use aluminum forms?
The metal forms give the walls a smooth finish. JJC Concrete pours walls with aluminum forms only, not lumber, so basement walls, foundation walls and retaining walls come out of the forms with a clean, even face that builders and homeowners can see once the forms are stripped.
Does JJC Concrete work for homeowners or only builders?
Both. Poured walls for builders and general contractors are the main work today, and JJC Concrete also pours driveways, patios, slabs, walkways, steps and stoops for homeowners. The company wants more residential work, so homeowners are welcome to ask for a free estimate.
